Rotisserie Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 rotisserie chicken, with meat taken off of the chicken
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 can of black beans (drained)
cilantro to taste (I normally use about 1/3 of a bunch)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 bag of frozen corn
1 can of hominy beans (drained)
1 clove garlic diced
1/2 medium onion diced
1 jalepeno diced
1 small can of chicken broth
Add all the ingredients together in the crock pot and cook for at least 4 hours on low. The longer that you cook it the better it will taste.
As a special touch I like to make my own chips. I cut the corn tortillas into small strips and then fry them in oil. They are really super good.
Serve the soup with sour cream, cheese, and avocado. Enjoy
